Jackie is a proud Jersey Girl who has been living in Atlanta for the past 25 years. She has been in the fitness industry since 1992, teaching spinning and aerobics.
She discovered yoga after the birth of her 3rd child who was born with a neurological disorder. It gave her a peace that no other exercise could and taught her how to go through life one breath at a time. And sometimes those breaths need to be extra deep!
Moving towards yoga was a natural progression in her journey, at first learning Iyengar yoga then moving into Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin. She received her 200 hour RYT Training in 2012. For Jackie yoga is all about the practice, not the perfection. It’s about allowing yourself to be where you are on a particular day and being okay with that. It’s about accepting yourself for who you are, and remembering that yoga and life are journeys with ebbs and flows along the way. Through her teaching Jackie inspires her students to deepen their awareness of their self, their connection with their bodies, and helps to enrich their experiences on and off the mat.

Warm Deep Stretch (Yin)
Long holds, deep stretches, find deeper layers of your being in this Warm Yin class. Expect to hold poses for 2-4 minutes to deepen flexibility in the muscles, connective tissue, and joints. Great for anyone looking to improve flexibility, both physically and mentally! Temperature is 85-90 degrees.
