Caroline completed her 240 hour teacher training in Vinyasa/Thai Massage at Davannayoga with Anna Laurita in 2010 and immediately started to teach as much as possible: local outdoor stores, events and to coworkers before work.
When she's not at the studio Caroline manages High Country Outfitters, a locally owned specialty outdoor store. She is a climber, runner, paddleboard instructor, active SUP racer and leads Standup Paddleboard Yoga classes on the Chattahoochee River. She completed her SUP Yoga/ACE certification with Lazy Dog Paddle Yoga in 2012.
Caroline's playful blend of challenging classes and a sense of humor provide for a uplifting class. Her classes are open to all levels and often inspired by music.

Power to the Core
This class will focus on the core strength activating the deep core line of our body and learning to keep the outer body soft and flexible. Learn to find effort in grounding down through our foundation while drawing the core in and up. This class is WARM (between 82-87.)
Powerful dynamic flowing sequences with music! Many skill levels come to this class so many options are given, however knowledge of sun salutations and solid all around fitness is recommended for this class. Be prepared to sweat and have fun! Classroom temperature is WARM (between 82-87 degrees).
