While continuing to push her fitness limits and leaving a full-time job to raise her 2 children she found a way to feel great physically and mentally through yoga. Victoria is registered with the Yoga Alliance and completed her 200hr training here at Infinity Yoga. She has been teaching since the moment she finished her training. Her goal as a yoga instructor is to make yoga accessible for all body types and all levels of experience.
Natalie grew up in Louisiana and Florida and always loved being active! Her fiery extroverted nature always seemed to draw her to explore all types of physical activities. Natalie's yoga journey began in 2011 when she walked by a local yoga studio offering a 30 day yoga challenge (30 classes in 30 days). Never one to not take a challenge, she went for it! Through the newfound commitment, she found a passion and her soul felt at home. She was drawn to the flexibility and stability yoga offered along with the balance it was creating in her life. She fell in love with how the rhythm of the breath creates a magical dance between the mind and body. The changes that occurred in her life, both physical and mental left her wanting more and it gave her the desire to share yoga with others.
At the time, working in the corporate world, she found herself in a lot of demanding, time consuming roles that allowed great professional growth but left her soul unfulfilled and searching, which led Natalie to embark on a yogic journey for personal growth, through determination, vulnerability, and acceptance. After completing her RYT teacher training here at Infinity Yoga in 2016, she decided to leave the corporate world behind and teach and share yoga with others full time.
Natalie brings a spirited element to her classes and urges students to embody their deepest desires and to leave egos at the door. Her playful nature encourages students to face their fears and to go deep into what moves them.
Natalie also teachers pilates yoga fusion and was certified through our very own Meredith Hesse; she is a certified doula. When she is not teaching she loves hanging out with her husband, and her four boys.
