Advanced Infinity Flow

This class is taught by:

Tommasina Lash

Tommasina completed 700 hours of yoga teacher training before ever deciding to teach. She has
always valued paying close attention to details while consistently pushing her comfort zones. One day it was apparent that the comfort zone to push was to step up and teach. But, by doing so, she discovered an even deeper joy in yoga through sharing something
she cared so deeply about.

Tommasina's classes reflect that dance between discovering a deeper practice in the most unexpected
places during moments of stillness and yet still pushing yourself to challenge your edge and endurance with deep asana and vigorous vinyasa. Her classes challenge the physical body as a gateway into diving deeper into the energetic body where true transformation
takes place.

Tommasina is a 500RYT who has completed over 550 hours of training with Andrey Lappa,
one of the most influential yoga masters to have emerged from the post-Soviet era. She creatively weaves in elements of Universal Yoga into the flow of her classes.

Nancy Davis

After a successful career in the business world, Nancy has found her passion on her yoga mat. Nancy appreciates the physical discipline of yoga but more importantly values the inner well-being that has evolved with a consistent yoga practice.
Nancy holds an E-RYT 200 certification through YogaAlliance and is currently working towards a 500 hour Yoga certification under Kelli Precourt at Balance Health Studio in Seagrove, FL. Nancy began teaching Vinyasa in 2012 and firmly believes in the power of Yoga to forge the interconnection of strength between the mind, the body and the soul. Forever a student on the mat, Nancy has advanced her practice delving deeper in the yoga philosophy and exploring various disciplines beyond Vinyasa including Ashtanga and Anusara. Eager to learn more to support her students, Nancy has followed numerous leaders in the yoga industry such as Amy Ippoliti, Kino McGregor, Francesca Cervero as well as her teacher and mentor, Kelli Precourt.
Nancy’s soulful yoga classes will challenge your physical strength and flexibility as well as open your heart and quiet your mind. Her wish for you is to stand in your power and walk this earth with grace and strength.

Jessica Taylor

Jessica grew up in Georgia and as an only child was quite shy and introverted, but also had an active imagination and a love of dance and creating art. While her heart always pulled her to the artistic, her mind pulled her to scientific and she eventually graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from UGA.
It soon became clear to her that passions can only be dimmed for so long and yoga reawakened her creative side and her zest for life. This practice has the ability not only to build more physical strength, but in her eyes, more importantly, emotional and mental as well. Yoga practice is a safe place to cry, to sweat, to delve inside, and to essentially let it all out. She loved it so much that she underwent an intense eight month 200 hour teacher training under John Merideth in 2013 that helped break her out of her shell.
The practice is not always easy, but it does have an amazing power to transform. There are so many lessons we can take from our yoga practice and apply to benefit us off the mat and those little nuggets are what she hopes to share with her students. Her training was primarily based in Ashtanga roots, but you can also catch her leading yin deep stretch classes and vinyasa flows. She believes life shouldn’t always be so serious, we’ve got one shot at it in this form, so make the most of it, go for it, but don’t forget to laugh and be a little goofy along the way-and she hopes to always impart those qualities when she leads (often in crazy yoga pants and bright colors : )).

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost.”
― Martha Graham

Ashley Lorenzo

Ashley Lorenzo is a visual artist and a yoga teacher. Her unique self-expression and creative abilities allow her to seamlessly integrate both of these practices into one another. Her yoga classes combine both the physical and spiritual aspects of the yoga tradition. She employs the practice of meditation and breath work to bring attention to the power of visualization and intention. By teaching how to create space and awareness in the physical body, she hopes to create a movement towards self-growth, empowerment, and healing. Like her teachings, her paintings move from an imagined idea, followed next by the physical application to a complete and unified work that conveys feeling, purpose, and passion.

She has studied with Kathryn Budig and Gina Caputo, earning a 200 hour Integrated-Vinyasa yoga certification in 2014. Besides this training, she has also attended retreats with Seane Corn and participated in her activist work, Off the Mat Into the World. Most recently in 2015, she has furthered her education online with Christina Sell, and has attended workshops with Seane Corn, Kathryn Budig, Vinnie Marino, Maty Ezraty and Rolf Gates. She is currently pursuing her 500 HR SMARTflow yoga training with Annie Carpenter.

In addition to her yoga education, she attained a BFA in Painting with an Art History minor from the University of Georgia in 2013. Today, she is currently continuing her Fine Arts education with Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).

Jeff Sousa

Jeff was born in Boston and grew up in Miami, and moved to Atlanta to attend Georgia Tech and received his degree in Physics. Jeff started an engineering firm in the late 90s, a software development company in 2005, and a yoga studio in 2010.

Jeff took his first yoga class in 2008. Overweight and stressed out, after about the first thirty minutes he was on his back for the rest of the class. It took several weeks before he was, inexplicably, drawn to take another. That pattern continued for a short time before he committed to a regular practice. The commitment came from a desire to take control of his physical health. To take it away from a revolving door of gym routines and diet strategies and put it on a solid foundation. For him yoga proved to be that foundation. It started the process of optimizing the body inside and out; reducing blood pressure; building core strength & flexibility in the right proportion & locations in his body; directing his appetite to plant based & healthy food choices; reducing stress; and boosting almost every physical measure of his health.

Once his physical health had found a strong foundation, yoga opened a door to a more subtle understanding of his practice and yogic path. It created a space for exploring a deeper understanding of mind, body and spirit. This led Jeff to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga and then, inevitably, to his teacher Sri Dharma Mittra.

Jeff studied with Sri Dharma, his senior teachers and an amazing class of sadhakas in New York in 2010. Sri Dharma’s approach to the practice of yoga through ahimsa (do no harm) and his ability to transmit the practice in its purest form has become a beacon for Jeff along his yogic path. It continuously inspires him to go further and learn more. As a result, Jeff values studying the words of great teachers and karma yoga as integral parts of his practice. He is also inspired to continue developing as a teacher in order to share the rewards he has found through this practice with others.

Get ready to sweat! This is a powerful flowing vinyasa class. No two classes are alike. Learn arm balances and deep backbends. Vinyasa/Flow yoga experience is recommended. Classroom temperature is WARM (between 82-87.)
